DNO Produce
Brian Ricciardo has a strong background in operations and process improvement. Brian started their career as a Quality Department employee at Birchwood Foods in 2005, and then moved on to Kahiki Foods where they held various roles, including Food Technologist and Product/Process Improvement Manager. At Kahiki Foods, they focused on improving production lines and implementing standardized work improvements. In 2013, they joined Sunrise Foods Inc. as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for leading and managing various departments and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Operations at DNO Produce, where they oversaw operations and later served as the Director of Process Improvement.
Brian Ricciardo attended Newark High School, although the start year and end year are not specified. After completing high school, they went on to attend Kent State University from 2000 to 2004. At Kent State University, Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology.
