Kathleen Swift

Kathleen Swift brings extensive experience in global human resources leadership, having held significant roles in various technology and biotechnology companies. As Chief Human Resources Officer at BOLD from October 2019 to October 2021, Kathleen was responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement, significantly contributing to the organization's international expansion and integration of acquisitions. Previous positions include SVP of Human Resources at Silver Peak, HR Advisor and Interim VP of HR at Big Switch Networks, and VP of Human Resources at Ruckus Wireless, where Kathleen led a major growth phase from 350 to over 1,200 employees while guiding the company through its public offering. Kathleen also held Vice President roles at Complete Genomics Inc. and Opnext Inc., as well as HR leadership positions at Extreme Networks and Terayon. Educated at California State University, Chico, and Lincoln University in New Zealand, Kathleen holds degrees in Business Management, Psychology, and International Business.
