Hany Omar, PMP

Hany Omar, PMP, has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Hany is currently working as a Product Manager at Docutech since January 2021. Previously, they worked at Fiserv from October 2014 to January 2021. At Fiserv, Hany held various roles including Project Manager, Program Manager, and IT Business Consultant in the PMO of the Open Solutions Division. In this capacity, they successfully managed and monitored complex projects, collaborated with key stakeholders, and ensured successful project delivery. Additionally, Hany also served as a Principal Consultant in Fiserv's Consulting Practice, where they acted as a thought leader and lead consultant, providing strategic advice and expertise to clients in core processing solutions.

Hany Omar, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Law from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Hany also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which they obtained in December 2016 from The Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, Hany has completed Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Training, earning a Green Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute in June 2012.
