Jim Reilly

Jim Reilly has over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Jim started at McDonald's in 1986 and worked their way up through various roles, including training unit manager. Jim then moved on to Cosi as a regional training manager, followed by a general manager role at Au Bon Pain. Jim later became the regional training director for the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic regions at Cosi, before joining Doherty Enterprises as the director of learning and development in 2006. In this role, they focused on talent development, reducing turnover, and maintaining a performance-based culture through various training and development programs.

Jim Reilly completed their undergraduate education in Psychology and Sociology at Stony Brook University from 1989 to 1992. Jim later pursued further education and obtained a BS degree in Psychology and Sociology from Binghamton University from 1992 to 1994.
