Chi-Chi Tse

Chi-Chi Tse is an accomplished global HR leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of People at Dolby Laboratories since July 2021, Chi-Chi Tse oversees HR operations for the Dolby Cloud, Legal, and Patent Licensing teams. Prior to this role, Chi-Chi Tse was a Human Resources Leader at Amazon, managing HR for Ring Engineering and Hardware teams, and played a key role in change management and global expansion. Chi-Chi Tse also held various human resources management positions at PwC, including support for Advisory Global Service Delivery Centers in India and China, as well as roles focusing on technology consulting and workforce planning. Earlier experience includes serving as the West Region Human Resources Manager at LEK Consulting and as a Human Resources Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chi-Chi Tse holds a BA in Art History from Columbia University and further education from NYU Stern School of Business.
