Efrain Gonzales

Efrain Gonzales is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and support. Currently serving as the Senior IT Support Manager for the Americas at Dolby Laboratories since March 2013, Efrain oversees global client technology management and end-user support. Previously, Efrain held the position of Infrastructure IT Manager at Extreme Networks from October 2009 to February 2013 and worked as an IT Manager at Silicon Graphics Inc. from 1998 to February 2008. Efrain holds an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering from Heald College, obtained between 1986 and 1988.
