Trisha Mittal

Trisha Mittal is a seasoned Senior Computer Vision Research Engineer at Dolby Laboratories since June 2023, with a strong academic background culminating in a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, obtained in May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Student at the University of Maryland from August 2018 to May 2023, and internships at prominent tech companies such as Apple, Adobe Research, and the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems. Trisha's research and internship experiences encompass machine learning, multimedia systems, and video analytics, contributing to advancements in fields such as sketch recognition and machine teaching. Trisha completed an integrated M.Tech in Information Technology at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore between 2013 and 2018.
