Matthew De Grazia is an experienced operations manager currently leading projects at DOMAINE, where responsibilities include overseeing the establishment of a state-of-the-art storage facility. Previously, at The Rug Company, Matthew managed a 20,000 square-foot facility, focusing on local delivery scheduling and warehouse operations. At Zachys Wine Auctions, Matthew supervised a team responsible for logistics coordination for high-net-worth clients across a global network. Earlier career experience includes a role as a sales associate at Versace. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island and has additional education from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

In 1998 Domaine’s founder worked at a fine wine retail shop and quickly became aware of the ways in which retailers struggled to support their largest clients. He began filling in the gaps through inventory and organizational services which allowed the clients to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of collecting. This passion for wine and first-class customer service was so inspiring that his business grew quickly to include other services. Those initial services are still at the core of our work, and we have grown to offer support throughout the entire wine collecting lifecycle. We partner with new and established wine collectors to grow, sell, organize, move, store and protect their collections. Our goal is to allow everyone to enjoy their collection with ease and peace of mind. The company has three unified divisions: Advisory, Storage and Transportation. We currently have over 2 million bottles in storage within our nationwide network of facilities in St. Louis, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. and Napa. Domaine hires dynamic people.
