Ronald Ditchie is an experienced manufacturing and maintenance professional with a robust background in operational management and facilities oversight. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Plant Manager at Dominion Technologies Group, Inc., Ronald is responsible for all manufacturing operations at the Roseville, Michigan site. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where management of a cross-functional team of 30 skilled trades was key to enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining World Class Manufacturing best practices. Ronald also held significant leadership positions at MANN+HUMMEL, overseeing large teams in maintenance and safety departments, and at Continental Aerospace Technologies™, where project management skills were honed through the execution of a $6 million budget project focused on manufacturing facility development. Ronald’s career began at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, progressing from Production Supervisor to Maintenance Supervisor, leading significant improvements in production metrics. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Northwood University.
