Lidia Pomana is the Director of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence at Domino's. Lidia has over ten years of experience in marketing and research, with a focus on data-driven insights and strategy.
Lidia began their career as a Healthcare Consultant Intern at Thomson Reuters in 2009. Lidia then went on to complete their graduate studies at the University of Michigan, where they served as a Graduate Student Instructor from 2008 to 2010. After graduation, Lidia worked as a Statistician at Wellness & Prevention from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned into a role as a Consultant for Marketing Strategy & Insights at Rosetta, where they worked until 2013.
In December 2013, Lidia joined Undertone as Senior Analyst, Research & Insights. In this role, they were responsible for executing campaign effectiveness measurement, developing insights that spanned campaigns and informed both Undertone and client strategy, and overseeing a team of researchers. Lidia left Undertone in February 2015 to join Domino's as Director of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence.
