Matthias Hendrickx

Matthias Hendrickx has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Matthias began their career as an HR Trainee at Elo TouchSystems in 2008, followed by similar roles at Scandinavian Tobacco Group in 2009 and Terumo in 2010. Matthias then joined Hadley Group as an HR Trainee in 2011 before transitioning to Group S as an International Payroll Administrator from 2011 to 2013. Matthias then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2013, where they held various positions including Payroll Specialist, European Finance Transformation Support, European People Transformation - Business Analyst, and Team Lead Payroll for both blue collar workers and expatriates. In 2019, Matthias joined Donaldson as a Senior Compensation Analyst and later became a Principal Compensation Analyst.

Matthias Hendrickx pursued their education in a chronological order. Matthias began their academic journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a specialization in HRM at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven from 2006 to 2009. Matthias then went on to pursue a Banaba degree in Advanced Business Management with a focus on HRM at the same institution from 2009 to 2010. Finally, Matthias Hendrickx attained a Master's degree in Science (MSc) in International Human Resource Management from Coventry University, where they studied from 2010 to 2011.
