Szymon Andruch

Szymon Andruch has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a Manager Engineering at Donaldson since July 2018, having previously held roles including Engineer Sr, Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on the metal stamping area. Prior to this, Szymon worked at Electrolux Poland Sp. z o.o. in the Oława Plant from February 2007 to June 2018, where responsibilities included Main Technologist in Central Manufacturing Engineering for EMEA Fabric Care & Dish Care as well as Process Specialist and Process Engineer. Szymon's career began at GEA Technika Cieplna in Opole, where the role involved production planning as a Technologist from September 2005 to November 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Computer Aided Design from Politechnika Opolska (2005-2010) and a Bachelor’s degree in Control and Robotics, focusing on Software Engineering in Control Systems from Opole University of Technology (2001-2005).
