Mo’bola Baderinwa SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, ACIPM currently serves as the Director of People at Dot, where leadership of People initiatives spans multiple business entities within a FinTech and Insurance Tech group. Previous roles include People Operations Manager and HR Projects and Compliance Manager, contributing to the enhancement of HR operations and strategy. Mo’bola is also a member of ForbesBLK, a global community promoting leaders of color. Prior experience includes a Senior Human Resources Business Partner role at CrusaderSterling Pensions Ltd and various positions in HR and operations across different organizations. Mo’bola holds a BSc in Education with a focus on Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University.
