Mary C. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Compensation for the Douglas County School District since July 1998. Additionally, Mary is an entrepreneur, having owned and operated Miss M's Tea Parlour from February 2000 to August 2001, where responsibilities included concept development, business planning, and operations management. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and has further education from the University of Phoenix and Wayne State University.
