Caitlin Chagan is a seasoned professional in real estate with extensive experience in marketing and new development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Douglas Elliman Real Estate since July 2016, Caitlin specializes in overseeing new developments. Prior to this role, Caitlin held the position of VP of Marketing focusing on new developments in Brooklyn. Caitlin's career includes significant roles such as Director of Marketing at MNS, and working with The Corcoran Group and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as the Marketing Director for The Lavinia Smerconish Team. Caitlin is an alumna of Vanderbilt University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree, and is a graduate of Episcopal Academy.
