Snehal Modi

Snehal Modi has extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as Sr. Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Dover Corporation since March 2020. Snehal Modi previously held the role of Director Advanced Manufacturing, leading productivity improvements across over 40 manufacturing plants through the implementation of the Manufacturing Excellence Playbook. With a corporate strategic focus, Snehal Modi has developed a world-class Center of Machining Excellence as the Advanced Manufacturing Machining Engineering Manager, optimizing Dover's machining assets. Prior experience at Schlumberger from 2006 to 2020 includes serving as Project Manager for Operations Planning and Resource Management, where significant improvements in asset utilization and inventory management were achieved. Snehal Modi's earlier roles involved key leadership in manufacturing center startups and conducting continuous improvement projects that drove cost reductions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
