Jigna Thakkar

Jigna Thakkar is an experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead at Dow Jones, with a career spanning over 17 years in software quality assurance. Since August 2016, Jigna has led QA efforts, collaborating closely with project managers and business teams to strategize testing and production releases. Prior to Dow Jones, Jigna held key positions at Inovalon and HBO, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive test plans and conducting various testing phases. Jigna began the career as a QA Tester at the Research Foundation of CUNY and has built expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple industries. Jigna holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from The City College of New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
