Kaitlyn Moss

Kaitlyn Moss currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Doxim, starting in June 2025. Previously, from July 2018 to June 2025, Kaitlyn held multiple roles at Insurity, including Vice President of HR Strategic Programs, where leadership involved the establishment of a Global Competency Center in India and participation in corporate strategy development. Prior experience includes a decade at Oceanwide, progressing from Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources, focusing on HR best practices and employee satisfaction initiatives. Earlier career stages include an HR Generalist role at Purkinje Inc. and a solid educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Concordia University and a DEC in Business Administration from John Abbott College.
