Raphael Batala

Raphael Batala is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in freight forwarding and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Freight Forwarding Operations at DP World since October 2023, Raphael previously held the position of Carrier Manager at P&O Ferrymasters, focusing on business development and the management of the Air & Ocean department from September 2019 to September 2023. Prior to that, Raphael worked at America Chung Nam for over a decade, first as Land Logistics Account Manager overseeing procurement activities in the EMEA region, followed by roles in ocean shipment operations and export coordination. Additional experience includes positions at Nippon Express, Luiten Food, and Rambaxy Pharmaceuticals BV. Educational credentials include a Freight Forwarder's diploma in Logistics from STC-Group at the Netherlands Maritime University.
