Gabriella Santaló

Gabriella Santaló is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee experience and organizational culture. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts since April 2022, Gabriella previously held the role of Employee Experience and Success Manager at Breakthrough Behavior from November 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Gabriella worked as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bank of America through ADP, where Gabriella also served as a Client Support Specialist. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, both from Miami Dade College.
