Ryan McCluskey is an experienced Quality Manager with a robust background in food safety and quality assurance. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Dr. Schär since February 2022, Ryan has previously held the same title at GDR FOOD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED from June 2019 to April 2023 and served as Technical Manager at GRAND PRODUCTIONS LIMITED from June 2016 to June 2019. Expertise includes ensuring compliance with AA grade BRC standards and ALDI COP, leading audits, implementing HACCP systems, and developing quality management systems. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine and Freshwater Biology from the University of Glasgow.
