Edward Mikolinski

Edward Mikolinski is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Director of Legal at DraftKings Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Edward held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Forward Financing, where expertise in risk mitigation and compliance was demonstrated through collaboration with various operational teams and contract negotiations. Edward began their legal career as an Associate at K&L Gates, representing a diverse range of clients and providing pro bono services to low-income veterans, and continued to build expertise in law as an Associate at Nelson Mullins. Prior to their legal career, Edward served as an Analyst for a defense contractor and held commissioned officer roles in the United States Army and Army Reserve, gaining leadership experience and strategic planning skills. Edward holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Life Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
