Freddy Maiorano

Freddy Maiorano is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a Manager of Employee Relations at DraftKings Inc. since August 2022. With a background in academia as Teaching Faculty at the University of Rhode Island, Freddy has previously held various roles at Ocean Spray Cranberries, including Senior Employee Experience Partner and Colleague Relations Advisor, where responsibilities included supporting corporate colleagues worldwide and coaching management on performance improvement. Prior experience includes serving as AVP, Employee Relations Case Manager at Citizens Bank and holding multiple HR roles at BJ's Wholesale Club. Freddy holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations & Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Italian Language & Literature, both from the University of Rhode Island.
