Tom Fulford

Tom Fulford is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property (IP) law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for Litigation & IP at DraftKings Inc., Tom advises on various IP matters and leads the company's AI Task Force. Previous positions include Senior Associate at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, where Tom led litigation teams in complex patent cases, and Associate roles at McCarter & English, LLP, and Hayes Messina Gilman & Hayes LLC, focusing on patent infringement and technology-related litigations. Tom began a career in law after earning a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from the College of Charleston. Additionally, Tom has a background as a professional musician, having over 30 years of experience in jazz and funk drumming.
