Jenny Tran-Johnson is the registrar at Drake University. Jenny has also worked as a hall director at the University of St. Thomas, where they promoted a community that enhances the social, moral, cultural, and intellectual development of 110 women. Jenny has also advised the Hall Council and National Residence Hall Honorary. Additionally, they have served on committees to plan and execute spring awards recognition ceremony for students, faculty and staff, in addition developed a 25-minute video that allowed students to recognize the accomplishments of their peers, Fall Leadership Institute, a three-day leadership conference for 150 student leaders, a multicultural identity retreat for 20 first-year students, and served on a committee to develop, propose, and implement a Sophomore Year Experience Community in two residence halls and serve as the graduate advisor for the community.

Jenny Tran-Johnson earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education from Drake University. Jenny also holds a Masters in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Drake University.

They are on a team with Ann Guddall - Academic Affairs Budget Manager, Drinda Williams - Academic Support Specialist, and Kevin Saunders - Director, Institutional Research & Academic Assessment. Their manager is Sue Mattison, Provost.
