Kaisa Sippola has a wide range of experience in finance and management roles, starting from financial assistant and working their way up to the position of CFO and Director of Talent Management at Dream Broker. Kaisa has also worked in various assistant and trainee roles in companies such as ALD Automotive and British American Tobacco Finland Oy. Kaisa holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vaasa, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Kaisa also completed a student exchange program at the University of Bolzano, focusing on innovation management, wine economics, and the Italian language.
