Ej Jordan

EJ Jordan, DCS, currently serves as the Senior Director of Transformative Communities at Dream.Org, where strategic direction is driven and operations for the Transformative Communities program are overseen, aligning with organizational goals and community needs. Prior roles at Dream.Org include Director of the Transformative Communities Program and Director of Tech Career Pathways, focusing on integrating underrepresented individuals into emerging tech industries. EJ has also contributed to the nonprofit sector as a Board Member for Dementia Dignified Academy and has a substantial background in sales and community development through positions at Echo Global Logistics, Toyota North America, Audi of America, and Habitat for Humanity. EJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
