Deepti Gupta

Deepti Gupta is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Dream11 since November 2019, Deepti has held positions such as Associate Vice President HR and Director HR within the same organization. Prior to Dream11, Deepti worked at Freshworks as Lead - HRBP & HR Ops and held the role of Director HR at Pipemonk, which was acquired by Freshworks. Deepti’s career began at Wipro Technologies and included roles at Myntra.com, SuperProfs.com, and HumanCapital Consulting, with significant contributions to talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, and HR operations. Deepti Gupta holds a PGDM in HR from Alliance University and a B.Com from Banaras Hindu University.
