Vladimir Davtchev is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in scaling companies and market expansion. As the Founder and CEO of ScaleUSA since November 2024, Vladimir focuses on helping growth-stage companies enter the US market efficiently. Additionally, Vladimir serves as a Wim Hof Instructor and plays a significant role at MATRAX as the Global Growth Lead, Board Member, and Founding Partner, facilitating the company's transformation into a global operator in the sleep goods sector. Previously, Vladimir held leadership positions at Dreamix, Econic One, Power of BG, and Hellohungry, the latter being founded in 2005, which became the largest food delivery service in Southeast Europe. Vladimir's early career included roles at Takeaway.com, Sagitta Company, and Staples, complemented by an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Boston College and a BA in Finance from Bryant University.
