Emma Long has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Emma is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Dreams. Emma's career began at Comet, where they held several roles, including Head of Operations and General Manager. Overall, Emma Long has a strong background in retail operations, customer experience, and business transformation.
Emma Long attended Riddlesdown High School from 1983 to 1988. Emma then went on to John Ruskin College from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained 3 A Levels in Business Studies, Economics, and Geography. Additionally, in 2006, Emma attended Oxford Summer School, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
