Martyn Yorke is a highly experienced operations manager with a strong track record in overseeing large-scale logistics and distribution operations. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Dreams since January 2022, Martyn successfully project managed the launch of a new centralized operation in Willenhall. Previous roles include Depot General Manager at Euro Pool System and General Manager at Bradcray T/A New Design Retail, where responsibilities encompassed full site autonomy and compliance with health and safety regulations. Martyn has a significant history in General Management at RCI and in freelance consultancy, focusing on health and safety and operational efficiency across various sectors. Additionally, Martyn has held key positions at Poundland, Wincanton, and Mayer Kuvert, demonstrating expertise in budget management and process improvement. Education includes various distant learning courses and studies at Walsall College.
