Sarah Howse has over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Manager at Dreams since November 2013. In this role, Sarah focuses on recruiting skilled individuals to enhance the business's talent pool. Previous positions include Administration Manager (HR) and HR and Recruitment Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR administrative support and facilitating recruitment processes across multiple business areas. Prior experience includes a Senior Recruitment Consultant role at Chiltern Recruitment Limited, where project management and team leadership were key components, and positions in sales management at King UK Ltd and internal sales support at Glass Mountain Ltd. Sarah's educational background includes attendance at St Bernards from 1995 to 2000.

We’re also backed by Tempur Sealy, the world’s largest bedding provider. As a British business, we’re proud to be manufacturing in this country. And we plan to continue. Our wonderful Bed Factory in the West Midlands helps us to make, sell and deliver over half a million mattresses, headboards, and divans every year. Now that’s a lot of Zzzs.
