Previously, Tom held key roles at River Film, including Talent Acquisition & Account Manager EMEA and Directors' Rep, gaining extensive experience in TVC production and corporate work. Tom's background also includes a position as Global Accounts Manager at Media Business Insight, where market-leading brands in creative industries were managed. Earlier career experiences include working as a Media Sales Consultant at Park Publishing Co Ltd, focusing on sales strategies for high-profile clients. Tom holds a BTEC National Diploma in Music Technology from Gloucestershire College and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry Management from the University of East London.
