Carolina Corbellini

Carolina Corbellini is an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting and onboarding processes. Currently serving as HR | People | Talent Acquisition at Drixit Technologies since March 2024, Carolina previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Ripio from September 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and the development of an onboarding process from scratch. Prior to that, Carolina worked as a Tech Recruiter at OLX Group and Tecnosoftware, focusing on tech recruitment and collaboration with various stakeholders. Carolina began a career as an HR Analyst at S&E - Soluciones y Emprendientos S.R.L., where responsibilities also included recruitment and onboarding for tech profiles. Carolina holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, completed between 2011 and 2016.
