Phil Reinckens serves as the Global Head of Strategy at DRW since April 2022, previously holding the role of Manager in Corporate Strategy & Business Development. Phil has an extensive background in finance and business development, including an adjunct professor position in the Masters of Science in Finance program at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business for a brief period in 2022. Prior experiences include roles at Optiver, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citadel LLC, CME Group, and J.P. Morgan. Phil Reinckens holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Catholic University of America.
