Leandra Estrella

Leandra Estrella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management across various companies. Currently serving as the Regional HSE Senior Manager for North America at dsm-firmenich since November 2021, Leandra also held positions as Sub-Regional HSE Lead and Senior HSE Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Gerente de HSEQ at TotalEnergies, where leadership in HSE was paramount, and managing global health and safety guidelines at Oxiteno as Global Health and Safety Manager. Early career experiences at Kraton Polymers do Brasil S.A. and Solvay involved process engineering and Six Sigma methodology. Leandra holds an MBA in Environmental Management and Technologies and several specialized degrees from prestigious institutions, including the University of São Paulo.
