Lennart Wingelaar

Lennart Wingelaar currently serves as the Sr. Director of Site Leeuwarden at dsm-firmenich, leading the Improve Plant department and managing technology transfer initiatives following the sale of the Yeast Extract business. Previously, Wingelaar was the Site Manager at AkzoNobel, overseeing the solvent borne paint manufacturing facility in Groot-Ammers, and held the position of Production Manager at Covestro and DSM, where important projects included major capacity expansions and significant process revamps. Educational qualifications include a BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Groningen and a MSc from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi. Early experience included a graduation internship at Royal Friesland Foods.
