Stephanie Barden

Stephanie Lampe Barden currently serves as the Global Commercial Development Director for Drug Delivery Solutions at dsm-firmenich, a role assumed in June 2023. Prior to this position, Barden was the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Reproductive Solutions from May 2022 to January 2023. Barden's extensive career at Celanese from 2003 to May 2022 included multiple leadership roles, such as Global Director of Orthopedic Implant Business and Vice President of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sales, where significant business realignments were made to enhance focus on Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. Earlier experience includes various roles at Occidental Chemical Corp from 1997 to 2003, culminating in a position as Sr. Sales Representative. Barden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management & Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in International Business & Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
