Mark Vivian is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the Oracle services sector. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer and Chief Operating Officer at DSP since May 2022, Mark has played a pivotal role following the acquisition of Claremont, where Mark previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer from January 2011 to December 2023. Under Mark's leadership, Claremont transitioned into a Managed Services Provider, significantly enhancing its service offerings and achieving an Investors in People Platinum accreditation. Previous roles include Vice President at Hitachi Consulting, where Mark led the Oracle Business Solutions practice, and various leadership positions at Edenbrook, culminating in expertise in consultancy and managed services. Mark began a professional career as a Consultant at Data Sciences after graduating with a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester in 1988.
