Timber Suwannakoot

Timber Suwannakoot is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the foodservice industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Component Experience & Development at DTGO Group of Companies since June 2021, Timber previously held key positions at Central Food Retail Group (CFG) from July 2016 to June 2021, including Corporate Chef/Head of Retail Foodservice and Assistant Vice President/Executive Chef. Between May 2011 and June 2016, Timber worked at Dean & DeLuca as Executive Chef and Senior Head Chef/Executive Sous Chef. Educational achievements include an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Western Culinary Institute (2004-2006) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in General Studies from Ozarks Technical Community College (2003-2004).
