Kevin Mahoney Jr, CCM, is an experienced meteorologist with a strong background in weather risk management and communication. Currently serving as a Weather Risk Manager and Senior Weather Risk Analyst at DTN since March 2020, Kevin has previously held roles including Shift Lead for Weather Operations and Staff Meteorologist. Kevin's educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of North Dakota, where involvement also extended to teaching assistant positions in various meteorology courses. Additional experience includes meteorological roles at Iteris, Inc. and Papco, Inc., highlighting expertise in road maintenance and forensic meteorology.
