Hanan Ahmad

Hanan Ahmad is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Regulatory Affairs & Risk Officer at du, a position held since April 2010. In addition to this role, Hanan is the Chairwoman of the du Gender Balance Council and has acted as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Hanan has a strong background in corporate governance, having risen through various positions including Senior Vice President and Vice President for Corporate Governance and Company Secretary. Responsibilities include managing board operations, organizing annual shareholder meetings, and overseeing corporate governance practices. Prior to du, Hanan held roles at Zayed University, Dubai Group, Essdar Capital, and Dubai Financial Group, contributing to compliance, marketing initiatives, and financial analysis. Hanan holds a BA in Business Administration from Richmond, The American International University in London.
