William Marchant

William Marchant is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and commercial law. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Duane Morris LLP since 2017, Marchant has a background that includes roles as Of Counsel at both Kelly, Hockel, & Klein, P.C. and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, in addition to being a Partner at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, where the focus was on real estate and insurance disputes. Marchant has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees at the East Bay Zoological Society and as a member of the Board of Directors at The Olympic Club. William Marchant earned a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
