Tejas Desai is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience managing and leading engineering teams. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Brightly since June 2021, Tejas previously held various roles at LexisNexis, including Software Engineering Lead/Manager and Senior Software Engineer from November 2015 to June 2021. Prior to that, Tejas was a Senior Solution Architect at CitiusTech and an Associate Technical Architect at Lionbridge Technologies, where experience also included a role as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft through Lionbridge. Tejas began the career as a Software Engineer at Arion Systems, leading a team at a client site, and started in software engineering at HRMantra Software Pvt. Ltd. Tejas holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Computer Education.
