Lloyd Coulter

Lloyd (Pete) Coulter is an Analyst/Programmer at San Diego State University since December 1998, contributing to geodatabase development and supporting research in the Geography Department. With over thirteen years of experience as a Research Specialist, Lloyd has led projects funded by the Department of Homeland Security, NASA, and the Office of National Drug Control Policy, focusing on remote sensing and geospatial data applications. As a Remote Sensing Scientist at Dudek since September 2011, responsibilities include satellite image collection and LIDAR data analysis. Additionally, Lloyd is a Member of ChangeAerial LLC, which specializes in automating aerial inspection systems, and has owned Imagis since August 2000, providing remote sensing and GIS consulting services. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from San Diego State University.
