Tanya Manocha is a motivated undergraduate at Duke University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance Concentration, expected to graduate in 2025. The Duke Association for Business Oriented Women seeks to empower business oriented female students by promoting education, experience, and exchange between interested students and outstanding industry professionals. We serve to motivate and prepare young women in the Duke University community for careers in all types of business; be it advertising, consulting, finance, marketing, or public relations. Duke BOW strives to accomplish this goal through student-led forums, skill-building workshops, and various guest speaker events that exemplify the triumphs of professional women. Such activities enable Duke women to guide their personal and professional development and prepare them for the diverse career opportunities awaiting them in the business world.
