Erin Bunda

Erin Bunda is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development, acquisition, and employee relations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Campus & Career Development Program Specialist at Duquesne Light Company since April 2018, Erin has held various senior roles including Sr. Talent Development Associate and Sr. Talent Acquisition Program Associate. Prior to this, Erin worked at Atlas Energy Group, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included managing the employee life cycle and supporting HR policies. Previous positions also include HR Specialist at Ariba and Program Coordinator for Employee Relations at Bridgewater Associates, with a foundational role as a Human Resources Intern at Merchandise Mart Properties. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biological Sciences from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
