Lisa Davidson joined Duquesne Light Holdings (DLH) in January 2023 as vice president, chief human resources officer. In this role, Lisa works with departments across the organization to propel DLH's safety culture, strengthen leadership development and ensure DLH is building and maintaining the workforce of the future. She brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to DLH, including stints at Crown Castle International, AT&T Mobility and Pepsi Cola. Prior to joining DLH, Lisa served as senior vice president, chief human resources officer, at Black Box Corporation in Lawrence, Pa., where she led a global team of 51 human resource professionals, supporting more than 3,000 employees. Davidson lives in Moon Township and has three adult children. She earned a bachelor’s degree in administrative management from Robert Morris University.
