Samantha Fay has extensive experience in organizational change management and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Organizational Change Management at Duquesne Light Company since July 2014. Previous roles at Duquesne Light include Manager and Supervisor positions in various contact centers, where Samantha developed training programs and managed customer service operations. Prior experience includes working as an Insurance Account Executive at Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, Inc., where Samantha provided workers' compensation insurance and maintained client relationships, and as a Marketing Activities Coordinator at Quaker Steak & Lube, developing marketing strategies and achieving significant sales increases.
