Misty Smith - Chatmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing and accounts management. Prior to this role, Misty was the Accounts Receivable Specialist Lead at Aprima Medical Software, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included processing payments and managing insurance claims. Misty's career began at Baylor Health Care System, where from September 1996 to September 2014, management of two pain management sites included overseeing billing and enhancing patient and employee satisfaction. Misty holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Collin College, completed in June 2012.
